| RIP NATE DOGG. :( When I heard this news, I got the worst chills. It made me so homesick & a few people don't seem to get it. Basically...when you're Long Beach raised and has been bumpin' Snoop, Kurupt, Dre, Eazy, etc. for as long as you can remember... this definitely hits home. Don't ever get that shit twisted. I grew up on G Funk music... backyard boogies. I may have widen my music preferences, don't get me wrong coz I DO listen to just about any and everything now... but I will ALWAYS be a hip hop baby. | ughh.. so i'm kinda upset with myself. i sprained my ankle last year in..march or april, i can't remember. but i didn't even think to get it looked at coz i mean, i hear about sprained ankles all the damn time and they usually heal on their own. although, i should've considering my ankle was pretty bruised and as fat as a softball (yes a softball!) but it healed within a month or two. but i guess it didn't fully heal. so for the past 3 months.. my ankles been killing me along with my heel. sometimes after i walk on it for a while, my ankle feel like it's going to give out on me. i walk with an awful limp. like, it's sooo not the business! my ankle pops everytime i roll it in a circular motion which is normal but it's not normal when it hurts when i do that. so finally i went to the podiatrist to get it checked out and got an xray and he said i more than likely tore my anterior tibiofibular ligament in my ankle. but the xray showed this little triangluar shape that looks like i might've fractured it! i'm like wtf... really?!? ;( i have to get an MRI today and go back for an ultrasound and follow up appointment next friday. i'm so scareddddd. aiy yai yaiiiii... just needed to vent for a second. blah!! | | |
| ok, my sister has 2 dui's on her belt.. her L's are revoked for 5 years and she recently got pulled over TWICE in the past 2 months after we told her 9 months ago when she got outta jail not to be driving...and if she is driving make sure it's only to and from work... so then she didn't pay her 2nd DUI off so she had a warrant and she also didn't pay off her ticket in this other county for an open container in the car... soo with those 2 warrants, mainly the DUI warrant tho, they came and picked her up from my mom's house and took her in on sunday. she found someone to post bail of like $900 and now she doesn't wanna drive anymore... as to why i had to pick her up yesterday and dre and i got into that huge argument... which it's like i understand both point of views yannoe... now josie and i 'sorta' worked something out to where we'll pick her up 3 days and my mom will take her to work 2 days of the week... but dre has an issue with that js coz 1, i don't have my L's, yet... & 2, he wants to treat her with the same tough love he was given when he didn't have his L's to drive on yannoe... his mom or sister never agreed to taking him to work or nothing, they always told him "take the bus" or "catch a cab" in which my sister makes enough $ to catch a cab or whatever yannoe... like he wants to try and teach her a lesson in which it was ordered by the court yannoe... he thinks that by us picking her up and dropping her off and stuff, we're just enabling her... i see it as she has learned her lesson as to why she isn't driving anymore... but he doesn't see it that way....but to me it's like, she's ALWAYS there to pick me up whenever i needed her to yannoe coz the car was always broken down or whatever yannoe? and i tried to explain that to dre and he was like there's a difference between a "broken down car" and a "court order".... so when we picked her up this morning, he actually lectured her in the nicest way possible.. i mean, the nicest way... coz trust me, had it been me, i would've got my ass chewed out by him... and he tried to be nice... but maybe the way he says things aren't in the nicest form to most people... coz i tell him he has to work on being nice to people when he's trying to get his point across yannoe? so yeah... and now, i have this hugeee feeling that josie's mad at us and probably don't wanna talk to us... i mean, she's avoiding me at work and what not... like it feels so awkward... i mean, do you think dre's in the right here? or do you think he's just blowing shit out of porportion? or do you think my sister needs this kinda tough love & get her shit together... idk... i haven't had a sister around in a while so idk what's the "right" thing to do when it comes to tough love like this.... | | |
